* 15% on Driving Range Balls
* 10% on all Regular Price Golf Cart Rentals
* 10% on all Golf Shop Merchandise (special orders excluded)
How do you get signed up?
1. Fill out the customer information form below.
2. Call our golf shop at (303) 371-3131.
3. Ask to get signed up next time you are out at GVR.
Once we verify that we have all of your correct contact information you will be in the program!
Terms and Conditions:
* Award dollars can only be used for future Green Fees, Golf Cart Rentals or Driving Range Ball purchases.
* You must have enough award dollars to pay for the entire amount of the item you are purchasing. No partial payment with award dollars is allowed.
* Award dollars may not be used for Food & Beverage purchases, nor can award dollars be accumulated through Food & Beverage purchases.
* All award dollars accumulated during 2010 must be used by December 31, 2010. All unused award dollars will be forfeited on December 31, 2010.
* No award dollars are accumulated for golf outings/tournaments.
